What happens next?
Once payment details are received, you'll be emailed the information pack you'll need to get started. Check your spam folder just in case! Our friendly staff will be on hand to guide you through the process, and do all of the hard bits for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply send an email to accounts@oceanfarmr.com explaining that you’d like to cancel. Please also tell us why to help us improve our service. Once we receive the email, the status of your subscription will be changed to cancelled, and will not be renewed at the end of the current billing period.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Absolutely! Why pause? Perhaps you’re re-configuring your farm, or have been impacted by severe weather. We understand that you might need time to get back on your feet.
All you have to do is email accounts@oceanfarmr.com and ask us to place a hold on your account. Let us know the reason, and how long you’d like the pause to last. Your subscription will reactivate once the requested time has lapsed. You can easily request an extension to the ‘pause’ if you need more time.
